I was diagnosed with keratoconus in 2018 Visited Dr. Ramkissoon in 2020 and it was the best decision I ever made. My case was chronic because of the length of time I took. On my first visit Dr. Ramkissoon made it so easy for me to understand what was going on and what causes keratoconus. The crosslinking procedure was done by him which he made painless and easy. This procedure requires you to be awake but Dr. Ramkissoon spoke to me throughout the procedure, he made sure that I was aware of everything that was happening and reassured me that I had nothing to worry about.

I would recommend Dr. Ramkissoon to anyone he's an understanding, patient and caring doctor he will make sure that you get the best treatment and best results at the end.

I had a cornea and cataract surgery on October 1st this year, this very unique and risky surgery was done by Dr Josh Ramkisoon at st Augustine,  (cataract hospital) I was off course very concerned, but nevertheless went ahead with the surgery,  Dr. Ramkissoon explained everything in detail,  so I proceeded knowing full well the risk involved, Dr. Ramkissoon has been nothing but professional,  he has a very caring disposition and you don't feel rushed, he even called my daughter to check on my progress, I feel very comfortable and look forward to my visits and will definitely recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Ramkissoon quickly puts you at ease with his calm and pleasant nature. He is clearly knowledgable and experienced. Both before and after surgery, he was easy to reach to provide clarification and I appreciated his cooperation to submit required documents.  I am satisfied with the outcome of my surgery. The staff at both the clinic and the operating theatre are efficient and friendly.
